Your choices
Optional services are off until you choose to allow them. Accept All enables every optional category. Reject All leaves every optional category off. Customize lets you choose categories separately. Browsing, scrolling, closing the preference panel, or submitting an enquiry does not grant permission for optional services.
Open cookie settings at any time to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawing permission stops future use; it does not undo data already sent. Turning off a previously enabled service reloads the page, with a confirmation before unsaved form entries are lost.
Essential website services
We store your choices in the first-party arlee_consent cookie for 180 days. It includes a preference version, the time saved, expiry time, and your three optional category choices. A browser-storage entry named arlee_consent_signal helps synchronize changes between open tabs. Neither is used for advertising. If preferences are missing, expired, invalid, or refer to an older preference version, optional services stay off and we ask again.
Our hosting and website delivery services process connection information such as your IP address. Styles, fonts, icons and interface libraries are delivered by providers including Google Fonts, Font Awesome, jsDelivr, cdnjs and code.jquery.com. These delivery requests can reveal your IP address and browser information to the provider even when you reject optional categories. They are not Google Analytics or advertising tags.
When you submit a protected contact or resource request, we load Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help prevent spam and abuse. It can process browser, device and interaction information and use security storage, including the _GRECAPTCHA cookie. It is not loaded merely because you visit a page. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply. If verification is unavailable, you can contact us by email.
Optional categories
Analytics
With analytics permission, Google Analytics 4 (property identifier G-4XBFWNH2WC) measures visits and interactions. Google may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits; Google's default lifetime can be up to two years, depending on its configuration and browser restrictions.
Advertising
With advertising permission, Google Ads (AW-16789664929) measures advertising results and may support personalized advertising. Cookies such as _gcl_au, _gcl_aw and other Google advertising cookies may be used. Their lifetimes depend on the advertising product, account configuration and browser restrictions; first-party conversion cookies commonly last up to 90 days. We send a contact or resource-signup conversion only when its handler reports success and advertising permission is already present.
We use Basic Google Consent Mode v2: the Google measurement library is blocked until analytics or advertising is allowed, and each destination is configured only for its allowed category. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization default to denied. Events that occur without their required permission are discarded, not replayed after acceptance.
Optional functionality
With this permission, the contact form can use country.is to detect your country and telephone prefix, and Zendesk can load its chat widget, and embedded video or map providers can load their content. These providers may process connection information and use their own cookies or local storage. Zendesk storage can include __zlcmid and names starting with _zendesk; Vimeo, YouTube and Google Maps storage depends on the content and provider. Some content appears only on legacy pages. You can use the website's ordinary contact form and email without enabling this category.
Managing stored information
When you turn a category off, we attempt to remove identifiable cookies for that category that this website can access. We cannot remove another provider's third-party cookies, HttpOnly cookies, or storage outside our browser access. Use your browser's site-data controls to remove those. Cookie names and lifetimes can change with provider configuration; the examples above are not an exhaustive inventory.
The browser may restrict or delete storage earlier than its configured expiry. If saving preferences is blocked, your choice applies to the current page and we will ask again on a later visit. Material changes to the consent categories or providers require a new preference version and a new choice.
External links and form processing
Links to WhatsApp, review platforms and other websites open those services only when you follow the links. They have their own privacy practices. Our contact-processing code uses the IP geolocation service ipwho.is when processing an enquiry; the resource signup handler uses extreme-ip-lookup.com when processing a signup. These server-side requests are separate from optional visitor analytics; see the Privacy Policy for how we process enquiry and signup information.
