Your choices

Optional services are off until you choose to allow them. Accept All enables every optional category. Reject All leaves every optional category off. Customize lets you choose categories separately. Browsing, scrolling, closing the preference panel, or submitting an enquiry does not grant permission for optional services.

Open cookie settings at any time to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawing permission stops future use; it does not undo data already sent. Turning off a previously enabled service reloads the page, with a confirmation before unsaved form entries are lost.

Essential website services

We store your choices in the first-party arlee_consent cookie for 180 days. It includes a preference version, the time saved, expiry time, and your three optional category choices. A browser-storage entry named arlee_consent_signal helps synchronize changes between open tabs. Neither is used for advertising. If preferences are missing, expired, invalid, or refer to an older preference version, optional services stay off and we ask again.

Our hosting and Cloudflare website-delivery services process connection information such as your IP address. We use Google Fonts for typography; font requests can reveal connection and browser information even when optional categories are rejected. The rebuilt website serves its own styles, scripts, images and phone-picker library from our domain. These delivery services are separate from optional analytics and advertising.

The rebuilt contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. It can process browser, device and connection information and use security-related browser mechanisms. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Verification is required before sending the form. If it is unavailable, you can contact us by email.

Optional categories

Analytics

With analytics permission, Google Analytics 4 (property identifier G-4XBFWNH2WC) measures visits and interactions. Google may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits; Google's default lifetime can be up to two years, depending on its configuration and browser restrictions.

Advertising

With advertising permission, Google Ads (AW-16789664929) measures advertising results and may support personalized advertising. Cookies such as _gcl_au, _gcl_aw and other Google advertising cookies may be used. Their lifetimes depend on the advertising product, account configuration and browser restrictions; first-party conversion cookies commonly last up to 90 days. We send a contact or resource-signup conversion only when its handler reports success and advertising permission is already present.

We use Google Analytics 4 (G-4XBFWNH2WC) and Google Ads (AW-16789664929) through a shared Google tag. The tag is blocked until you allow analytics or advertising. Analytics and advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization default to denied and are updated from your choices. Once the shared tag loads, Google may send consent-mode signals without advertising cookies when advertising storage is denied. Our website sends enquiry conversion events only after a successful submission and with advertising permission. Events discarded by our website for lack of permission are not replayed later.

Optional functionality

With optional functionality permission, Zendesk chat and embedded video providers can load their content. These providers may process connection information and use cookies or local storage. Zendesk storage can include __zlcmid and names starting with _zendesk; Vimeo storage depends on the content and provider. Country detection on the rebuilt form uses the same-site endpoint and hosting/CDN country code when available; country flags use locally hosted files. Email and the contact form remain available without optional functionality permission.

Managing stored information

When you turn a category off, we attempt to remove identifiable cookies for that category that this website can access. We cannot remove another provider's third-party cookies, HttpOnly cookies, or storage outside our browser access. Use your browser's site-data controls to remove those. Cookie names and lifetimes can change with provider configuration; the examples above are not an exhaustive inventory.

The browser may restrict or delete storage earlier than its configured expiry. If saving preferences is blocked, your choice applies to the current page and we will ask again on a later visit. Material changes to the consent categories or providers require a new preference version and a new choice.

External links and form processing

Links to WhatsApp, review platforms and other websites open those services when you follow them. They have their own privacy practices. The rebuilt contact form emails your submitted details to ARLee Consulting and sends you a confirmation. It does not send enquiry details to external IP-geolocation services. Public PDFs can be viewed or downloaded without signing up; optional GA4 resource events record clicks rather than the contents of an enquiry.

Remaining legacy pages or forms may still use Google reCAPTCHA v3, country.is, ipwho.is or extreme-ip-lookup.com as described in their original implementation. These services are not used by the rebuilt contact form. Their providers have their own privacy practices.
