An in-depth questionnaire and back-and-forth exploration uncover your experiences, achievements, strengths and goals. We refine your school and recommender choices where needed.
You get guidance before drafting
Alex uses that foundation to suggest stories, angles, key messages and structure before you tackle each component. You then draft, with a clear direction rather than a blank page.
We stay in close contact
You share information openly, complete the agreed tasks and keep Alex informed of changes or constraints. Your experiences and voice remain at the heart of the application.
We refine together
Feedback, revision and further review continue as needed on the components in your package. There is no set limit on revisions.
We keep your application moving
You receive clear, actionable written feedback so you know what to tackle next. When talking it through would help, you can request a call and Alex will arrange one as needed. Calls follow your application’s needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
We review the complete application together before submission. Your collaboration continues through interview preparation, scholarship applications, waitlist strategy and final decisions for the schools in your package.

Start with strategy and application development. Make the next payment when you receive your first interview invitation, and the final payment when you receive your first acceptance. You receive our comprehensive support through final decisions; if you don’t reach a milestone, that payment isn’t due.
Comprehensive support. One fixed total.
Fixed fee.
Choose the same comprehensive support through final decisions for one fixed fee, regardless of admissions outcomes. There are no additional payments when you receive an interview invitation or acceptance.
The fixed fee costs less overall than Pay as You Progress if both milestones are reached.
Choose your number of schools.
With Pay as You Progress, the upfront fee depends on the number of schools in your package. An additional fee of US$1,000 is due at your first interview invitation, followed by US$1,500 at your first acceptance. Each fee is charged only once, regardless of how many interview invitations or acceptances you receive. If a milestone isn’t reached, that payment isn’t due.
